Biografía

For more than 30 years, I have lived inside the language of dance. As a teacher, I am endlessly inspired by the body in motion and the quiet, powerful stories it tells when words fall short. Movement to me, is memory, emotion and instinct woven together -an ever changing conversation between breath, muscle, body and soul.

In my classes, dance becomes a space of discovery and presence. Each gesture carries meaning, each rhythm invites connection, and every body is honored as a storyteller in its own right. Arkedance brought new depth to my movement practice, nurturing a more intuitive relationship with the body and allowing fresh layers of expression to emerge, awakening in me the wish to share and transmit this teaching to others.
