The coaching is specifically oriented toward developing the <strong data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1762\">trainer\u2013facilitator positioning<\/strong>, enabling participants to confidently and clearly guide an Arkedance session.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"2032\">Through personalized coaching, participants strengthen their embodiment of the practice, their pedagogical understanding, and their ability to transmit Arkedance with presence and coherence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2034\" data-end=\"2196\">At the end of the training, a <strong data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2087\">guided presentation<\/strong> must be completed. This step is required to obtain <strong data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2195\">official validation as an Arkedance Module 1 trainer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"385\">Cette formation s\u2019adresse aux personnes ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 suivi le <strong data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"333\">Module 1 d\u2019Arkedance<\/strong> et souhaitant devenir <strong data-start=\"356\" data-end=\"384\">formateur\u00b7rice Arkedance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"719\">Elle se compose de <strong data-start=\"406\" data-end=\"442\">6 s\u00e9ances de coaching individuel<\/strong>, con\u00e7ues pour approfondir l\u2019int\u00e9gration des \u00e9l\u00e9ments fondamentaux de l\u2019Arkedance. Le travail est sp\u00e9cifiquement orient\u00e9 vers le <strong data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"615\">positionnement du formateur-transmetteur<\/strong>, afin de d\u00e9velopper la posture, la clart\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 guider une s\u00e9ance d\u2019Arkedance avec justesse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"912\">Les s\u00e9ances de coaching permettent un accompagnement personnalis\u00e9, favorisant l\u2019ancrage des pratiques, la compr\u00e9hension p\u00e9dagogique et l\u2019alignement du formateur dans son r\u00f4le de transmission.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"1107\">\u00c0 l\u2019issue de la formation, une <strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"973\">pr\u00e9sentation accompagn\u00e9e<\/strong> devra \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.
